Terms of Service
These terms are the basic rules for using getghost.dev and requesting Ghost services. A signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about Ghost, submit a service request, and schedule a call. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content you do not have the right to share.
Service requests and the free first fix
Submitting a request does not create a service relationship or guarantee that Ghost will accept the work. The free first fix covers one issue that we confirm is clearly scoped and safe to address. Larger fixes, migrations, feature work, third-party costs, and ongoing maintenance may require a separate written scope and fee.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate backups, and confirming that you are authorized to grant access to any app, repository, account, or data involved in the work. Do not send production secrets through the website form.
Approval and deployment
Ghost does not merge or deploy a proposed change without the approval and access agreed for that work. You remain responsible for business decisions, production approval, account ownership, and the operation of your product.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your app, repository, data, and pre-existing materials. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, you may use work product created specifically for your paid engagement after applicable fees are paid. Ghost retains its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and general know-how.
Third-party services
Your app and Ghost may depend on third-party platforms such as GitHub, Cloudflare, hosting providers, payment processors, or AI services. Their terms and availability apply separately, and Ghost is not responsible for outages or changes outside its control.
No guarantee and limitation
We aim to provide careful, evidence-backed work, but the website and any unpaid evaluation are provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Ghost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or an unpaid evaluation.
